Vermicelli Zarda

250g or 4 oz vermicelli
200g or 1 cup sugar
250g or 1 cup milk
½ cup of ghee, which is equivalent
3 cardamoms white
¼ cup brother
Yellow / orange food
Almond / pistachio
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and brown quickly then add vermicelli milk. When dry, milk, add sugar, when sugar is dissolved add brother, cardamom, food, color, almond, pistachio, and leaves on very low heat, and you can also put Tawa on low heat and put in a pot on it for 10 minutes until the noodles soft and well-cooked.
