Hand Care : You may have to go to beauty salons on the face or skin care treatments, or using a homemade skin care products to take care of your face, but I had forgotten all about your hands. Your hands need only the same degree of care and your face and you do not even need to go to a beauty salon for this purpose. Here are some quick tips on how to take care of your hands.

Hand care tips

* Always wear rubber gloves when you are planning to do any work or home gardening. If your hands are exposed to a lot of water, soap and detergents, dirt or chemicals, and then can wrinkle the skin of your hands and become rough.
* Ideally, you should moisturize your hands no less than 4 times in one day, especially after washing. Even if you do not have the time make it a habit to moisturize your hands before you go to bed at night. This is just as important as brushing teeth before you go to bed, every night. * You can also use your face Exfoliator on your hands. This will help to remove any dirt and dead skin cells, and nourish and rejuvenate the skin of your hands.
* You can rub your hands with bath salts, after washing with soap. This will leave your hands squeaky clean. Do remember to slather some moisturizer on your hands afterwards.
* If you have oily hands, and you can try rubbing corn on them after washing with soap.
* To go in for regular manicures (professional or homemade) to keep the hands and nails in good condition.
* Drink lots of water and juices, fresh fruit. Eat balanced meals, a diet low oil.
* Exercise regularly sports. If you are healthy and fit, you will be skin a healthy glow.
* If the skin of your hands dry and flaky – you can massage a little oil and jelly on your hands before you go to bed at night. After you do that, you can wear cotton gloves thin. Wake up in the morning, and enjoy the soft feel of your hands.
* Fast and easy to make a homemade rub of your hand will help. Here is a recipe for the renewal of homemade hand rub:

Components of homemade hand to rub recipe

* White oats – 1 tbsp.
* Honey – 1 tsp.
* Half a cup water
* Milk (chilled) 1 tbsp.

How to prepare the one hand rubbing
Take the water and oats in a glass (pyrex) ship. Boil mixture until the water evaporates, completely. Be careful not to burn oats. Scrape out well boiled oats and put them in a jar. Add the milk and honey to boiled oats and mix well.

How to apply the one hand rubbing

* Clean your hands with a mild soap.
* Pat your hands dry with a soft towel.
* Apply hand rub, equally, on your hands (fingers included).
* Leave for 10 minutes.
* Wash hands rub off with lukewarm water.
* Pat your hands dry with a soft towel.
* Take the size of almonds, a drop of moisturizer in the palm of your hand. Massage it into the skin of the hands and fingers, using gentle but firm, and periodic movements of your finger tips.
* Use this hand scrub twice a week in order to achieve the best results.
* Exfoliates the rubbing hand, moisturizes and renews the skin of your hands. Use this hand rub on a regular basis, and enjoy the clean,
* Soft and firm feel of your hands. (You may not use this scrub for your feet as well.)
