OFFICIAL TIME
United States Naval Observatory (USNO) is one of the greatest scientific subjects of the United States. From President John Q. Adams, tracking the stars and time are set priority for USNO. USNO has forty hours in average atomic once and this is known as a standard reference for precise time and Time Interval (PTTI). Moreover, USNO aligned themselves with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) atomic clock official time for the United States.
USNO and NIST are only two hours more (see map for full picture) that contribute to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). March is considered the de facto international time. Mar monitored by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), which also controls the International System of Units (SI), a modern form of the metric system.
